METAL DEPARTMENT

Responsible for preparing material for defined chair models. The technological process commences when raw material gets precisely shaped by a numerically controlled bending machine. Ready-made elements are then welded.  The final product undergoes a chemical process which prepares surface for applying a layer of powder coating.

JOINERY DEPARTMENT

Equipped with high-tech machines and devices enabling production of forms with a predefined profile and shape. The employed processes provide for the preparation of an intermediate product, adjusting it to the specifics of a model.

UPHOLSTERY DEPARTMENT

Prepares upholstery covers which in each case are produced taking into account a type of upholstery fabric, pattern and a model.

POWDER COATING SHOP

Metal constructions are covered with powder coating. It is applied by means of electrostatic and electrokinetic method. The type of powder coating is imposed by the specifics of product use conditions. Both methods of powder coating application allow the use of polyester paint or epoxy-polyester paint.

FORMS POWDER COATING SHOP

Contemporary design represents the artistic union of bearing construction, upholstery and wooden elements with sophisticated and glamorous finishing of the office space.  Widely acknowledged and commonly used elements of furniture are natural and painted wood.  Armrests, straps and all other elements are treated with polyurethane spray coating preserving a high quality undercoat and stiffener.

Natural beech is a raw material used to fabricate the following chair elements:

• Armrests
• Straps
• Artistic elements

In order to obtain the required colour effect we apply high quality solvent- or water-based wood stain, characterized by very good light stability.

Complex fittings of office facilities directed our company’s development towards box furniture – their production was launched in 2010.
