Complaints
  • Goods should be claimed at the point of purchase or directly at the manufacturer’s P.P.U.H.TECHNET along with the necessary documents:
  1. A completed warranty document
  2. Proof of purchase / receipt or invoice /
  • Complaint will be inquired into under the condition the claimed product has been cleaned
  • The claimed product should be properly protected against transport damage, e.g. by means of an original cardboard package
  • The claimed product should be delivered with the warranty document to the point of purchase or directly to the manufacturer
  • Within 14 days the manufacturer will analyze and validate complaint:
  1. In case of admitting a complaint, guarantor will contact the purchaser by telephone or e-mail, agreeing on the type of damage and precise timing of repair, or sending a product free from defects on manufacturer’s own expense to a purchaser or the relevant point of purchase
  2. In case of certifying a groundless complaint by the manufacturer, the claimed product will be sent back on purchaser’s expense to a previously agreed shipment destination
  • Making a complaint does not discharge a purchaser from settling a payment for goods
